Mission Espace Propre provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Montreal area. Quote requests submitted through our site are requests for service and do not constitute binding contracts until confirmed in writing by us.

3. Use of This Site

You agree not to:

Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access non-public areas of the site
Disrupt the normal operation of the site

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to services rendered. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning visit, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to correct any missed areas at no additional charge. If you remain unsatisfied after that re-clean, a full refund of the visit in question will be issued.

5. Liability

Mission Espace Propre carries full general liability and property damage insurance. In the event of damage caused during a cleaning visit, contact us immediately. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered for the visit in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - text, images, logos, and graphic elements - is the property of Mission Espace Propre or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

8. Governing Law
